The Tours I Saw so Far

Many followers know by now that I have to rely on Blumenthal to see a musical. Today’s post is going to just focus on the tours. It does not matter if it is Blumenthal- it will include all of the tours I have seen. That would mean some musicals will be left off, and some repeats will not be on this particular list. I do not know what my first musical in person was, but I know it was a tour. What is that list of tours I have seen so far? I will try to keep them the most in order as I can- only the first three may not.

  1. Seussical the Musical-N/A
  2. Cats-N/A
  3. Lion King- N/A
  4. Wicked- 2008 (I think)
  5. Mamma Mia-2009
  6. Addams Family-2011
  7. La Cage-2012
  8. Wicked-2013
  9. Phantom of the Opera-2014
  10. Porgy and Bess-2014
  11. Annie-2014
  12. Pippin-2015
  13. Sound of Music-2015
  14. Wicked-2016
  15. Newsies-2016
  16. Rent-2017
  17. Les Mis-2017
  18. Lion King-2018
  19. A Christmas Story-2018
  20. Fiddler on the Roof-2019
  21. Miss Saigon-2019
  22. Aladdin-2019

These tours do exist from Jacksonville (that is where I do not remember seeing a musical), Greenville, St. Louis, and Charlotte. I already have some in Blumenthal’s current season that I hope happen: Les Mis, Anastasia, Frozen, and Wicked.

I am a strong spiritual person who is a big fan of musicals. This blog mainly is about musicals. Every so often I talk about spirituality. Sometimes I add in movie reviews, book reviews, and about my life in general. I hope you find my blog inspiring.

  1. It’s so cool that you’ve seen so many tours! I’ve not seen nearly as many as I’ve mostly been able to see community productions but the ones I’ve seen are Phantom, Les Miz, Wicked, Something Rotten!, and (maybe) Sound of Music–I can’t recall if that was a local production or a tour!
